Account Setup Guide
New member stepsTo join the ledger, create a member account with your email address and a password. After the account is created, use the Member Login panel with the same email and password.
Once logged in, open the Account page. In the Character Data panel, create a new character if your character is not already listed.
If your character is already in the roster, use the Claim existing character dropdown in the Character Data panel, choose your character, and select Claim Selected Character to link it to your account.
Passwords are stored as hashes, so the original password cannot be emailed back. Use Password Recovery to set a new password.

Raid loot policyBidding for items is all or nothing in regards to points. Each item will be called in raid chat (voice and text) and it is your responsibility to ensure you bid and that your bid is accounted for. Once closed, the random numbers will be displayed and you will want to verify that your name is there with accurate DKP. If there is an issue, you need to let raid leadership know prior to rolling. Audio triggers are suggested to ensure that your bid is accounted for. Tradeskill Items are one per night.
If you will be looting the item with a different character, please use the rolling-for channel and include the name of the character you are raiding with and the character you will be looting with.
Items must be usable by the person bidding (or the character they choose to loot with) and level appropriate. Bids for items that are not class or level appropriate will be removed.
Raid Day/Time
Friday: Forming begins at 8:00 PM Eastern / 5:00 PM Pacific with a target start time of 8:30 PM Eastern / 5:30 PM Pacific.
Saturday: Forming begins at 7:00 PM Eastern / 4:00 PM Pacific with a target start time of 7:30 PM Eastern / 4:30 PM Pacific.
Main raid channel: raid with push to talk encouraged. Participation in this channel is mandatory unless previously discussed with raid leadership.
DKP: 1 point earned per target, special occurrences could result in additional points. A maximum of 20 DKP can be earned. DKP will be associated to one character, main or alt, that you might play. DKP pool is shared between main and alt characters.

Website Auction Order
Follow each step in order- Make sure log file is selected and press Scan Log.
- Select item from Scanned Chest Items. Item name will be locked.
- Press Open Bids button. Players place their bids.
- Press Close Bids button and wait for countdown to enable button.
- Press Roll Winner button.
- Press Clear Current Auction button to move onto the next item.
In Game Auction Order
Follow each step in order- Press Grant Live Access button and upload EQ log file.
- Press Scan Log button.
- Select item to auction from Scanned Chest Items.
- Create a Bid keyword.
- Allow for bids to come in from game. If you want to bid, select your name in the eligible bidders box.
- Press the Close Bids button.
- Copy the number assignments located in the Number Assignments panel and paste into game.
- Random roll in game.
- Press Scan Newest Random Roll button. Winner is selected.
